Partnership Officer

QUALIFICATION

• A degree in Marketing, Agricultural, or a related field Business Administration,
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the agricultural or sustainable development sectors
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with diverse communities and stakeholders
• Community engagement will be an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office, marketing tools)
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Work Location Medan and Aceh Besar

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and penetrate new markets
• Research and analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and demand gaps to prioritize high-potential opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategies to secure long-term partnerships, contracts

• Grow and maintain B2B sales channels
• Build and own relationships with key stakeholders, proactively identify potential challenges and problem solve
• Proactively grow the partner pipeline through outreach, proposals, and networking events

• Oversee online sales stock and inventory alignment with demand
• Ensure compliance with honey production SOPs and quality standards
• Monitor market conditions, adapting strategies to overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities
